Quicklink’s Global Network Operations Center (NOC) and Support Centre provide round the clock proactive monitoring, fault reporting and technical assistance to its customer. Quicklink offers the most technically proficient support for basic connectivity as well as complex network integration, advanced routing issues and special applications. Our techies carry Microsoft and Cisco certifications, and many, many years of satellite Internet application integration experience.

Level Two -On Site Support (Through SLA)
Clients are always updated on technical issues as well as the latest technology available to keep networks constantly updated. Our teams are always on standby to provide immediate support.

In case the troubles are settled within reasonable time frame, Quicklink moves Engineer or a team of Engineer from a nearest location along with necessary tools, equipment and backup parts for resolving the issue.

Our NOCs are constantly monitoring our client's connections and performance, and are always on standby to provide immediate support and help to all customers.
